The Columbia River Gorge is famous for it's waterfalls.
Their magnifience is breath-taking. Here are just a few of them.

Horsetail falls is a favorite of many a visitor to
the Columbia River Gorge. After seeing this one once, it will stick
in your mind forever. It is pretty much the epitome of the Horsetail
form.

Multnomah
Falls is the second highest year-round waterfall in the
entire nation. The water of the Falls drops 620 feet from its origin
on Larch Mountain. Unusually cold weather can turns this plummeting
falls into a frozen icesicle, with a few drops falling from the bottom.




Latourell Falls plunges straight down into a small
pool. The paved trail allows you close enough to feel the spray from
the bottom of the falls.

Wahkeena Creek crashes from step to step down through
a moss covered crack in the cliff in a final furious plunge before
joining the Columbia downstream. The Yakama Tribe word "wahkeena"
means "most beautiful.
