  All websites are created using Macromedia MX Studio. Existing websites are updated and maintained as requested. Charged at the regular hourly rate.

  Blog Customization:    
  Customize blogs to match existing websites, etc. Charged at the regular hourly rate.    
       
  Graphics/Logo/Print Design:    
  Designed to your specifications and incorporated into all your print/website work; creating a signature brand for your company. Charged at the regular hourly rate    
       
  Desktop Publishing:    
  Projects are considered individually. Newsletters, Flyers, Photo Production, Business Cards, Note Cards, Post Cards, and Personalized Letterhead are only a small sample of the projects considered.    
       
  General Typing/Correspondence:    
  Note - for estimating purposes only: the time it takes to type a single-spaced sheet is approximately 15 minutes. For double-spaced is approximately 7-5 minutes. All revisions are based on actual time, in 6-minute increments. Charged at the regular hourly rate. Minimum Charge applies    
       
  Spreadsheets/Databases:    
  Most commonly used programs are Excel and Access; however, easily adaptable to all database/spreadsheet systems. Items can be created from scratch or maintain existing forms. Charged at the regular hourly rate.    
       
  Office Management/Administrative Support:    
  General office services including: filing, organizing, data entry, etc. Charged at the regular hourly rate.

  Bookkeeping:    
  Quickbooks Pro & Premier, Quicken, American Contractor are a sample of the programs used; easily adaptable to other systems. Charged at the regular hourly rate.    
       
  Data Entry:  
 
Extensive experience allows for rapid keying. Easily and quickly adaptable to new systems. Charged at the regular hourly rate.

All invoices are due upon receipt.
A finance charge will be computed at a periodic rate of 1 1/2% per month (or a minimum of 50 cents for balances under $30). The finance charge will be applied to all accounts where a past due balance has been on record without regular payment for 30 days or longer.

Originals - $0.05 per name; Minimum Charge applies. Reprints - $5.00 minimum charge & 75¢ per sheet

  Calligraphy - Computer Based:    
  $10.00 set up fee applies; Per Customer Provided Sheet - 25¢; Per Sheet - $1.25)(Note: Set up charge is one-time per customer. Minimum Charge applies.    
       
 

Calligraphy - Handwritten "Old English Style": <
Per Customer Provided Sheet - 75¢ [1-50 sheets], 25¢ [50+ sheets]. Per Sheet - $1.75 [1-50 sheets], $1.25 [50+ sheets]. Note: large and special projects are considered independently. Minimum Charge applies.
