How To Create Yahoo ID

You need a valid Yahoo ID in order to view features on any Yahoo Group.
This tutorial is based on screen shots for Yahoo prior to 3/24/2005; however, information is similar and this tuturial should still be a good reference to these features.

1. Navigate to the Group you would like to join; Click on "Sign into Yahoo"
(3/27/05 note: this feature is currently located on the left hand side of your screen below the info/settings section)

2. your sign in screen will look similar to this: If you don't currently have a Yahoo ID, select "sign up"

3. Fill out the necessary information requested.
Make sure you write down your username & password for future reference.

Return to the home page of the group you want to join and complete the "joining" process using your new Yahoo ID.
