How
to Set up Email Addresses in Outlook 2000
1. Open Outlook;
navigate to tool; accounts

2. Select mail,
add, mail

3. Type in the
name you want displayed; then next

4. Type in your
email address; next

5. Type in your
incoming mail address; use the current office outgoing mail server
(if you do not know this, ask someone else in the office for
this information)

6. Type in your
user name & password; next

7. Select "Connect
using my local area network"; next

8. Finish

9. Now go to
Tools; Accounts; highlight your email address and select
Properties
10. Select the
Advanced tab; towards the bottom of the window you will
see Delivery
Be sure that "Leave a copy of message on the server" is
NOT checked.
YOU ARE NOW
COMPLETE!
Proceed to setting up your mail filters
