How To Recapture Your Tool Bar In Outlook Express

This tutorial uses Outlook Express for checking settings in order to view attachments and graphics.

1. View of the Outlook Express screen without the tool bar.

2. Select View - Layout

3. Be sure the following are selected; most especially TOOLBAR

4. This is the view of your screen with the Toolbar now in place.
