HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURES TO FOTKI.COM
This tutorial is for using the new XP upload feature
go to Fotki Photo Album: http://www.fotki.com & log into your account

Select a photo album that you want to add pictures to.
Select "Add Photos" from the left side of your screen

From this screen; select "Windows XP Publishing Wizard" and click on FotkiXP.exe

Install this brief utility to your computer by clicking open from the selection screen.

The new utility will now be installed on your computer.

To install photos simply navigate to your windows explorer screen
(i.e. right click on START button and select "explore"

Navigate to the folder which you have the pictures (tags) you want uploaded to Fotki

Once you have navigated to the proper folder; click on the "folders" icon

You will now see the selection "Publish this folder to the Web" on the left side of your screen; click on this selection

The following screen will appear; select "next"

You can select the photos/graphics to transfer individually by checking the individual boxes; or by choosing "select all"; then select "next"

You should now see the option "Fotki.com" in the screen "Where do you want to publish these files"; select Fotki.com; and click "next"

You may be asked for your username/password
A list of your albums will now appear; if you need to create a new album, this option will also appear

The option "Yes, make the all this size" is usually checked by default; My preference is to make sure that this option is NOT checked. Select "next"

The transfer process will now begin

When the process is complete; the following screen will appear. Click "finish" and your album will now open. The process is complete.

This process of photo transfer is by far easier than the other options; you are only limited to the speed of your connection.
